We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Laws & Your Rights
All rights concerning refunds under State and Commonwealth law are applicable.
Our merchandise is protected by guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. In case of a major failure, you have the right to a replacement or a refund. Additionally, if the products do not meet acceptable quality standards and the failure is not considered major, you are entitled to have the products repaired or replaced.
To ensure you understand your rights under this policy and our responsibilities towards you, please read the following information carefully.
My Battery Plus will not issue a refund or replacement in cases where consumer guarantees do not apply, such as when you received what you requested but later changed your mind, found a cheaper option, disliked the purchase, or realized you had no use for it. However, you may opt for a refund or exchange if an item has a significant issue.
My Battery Plus will accept returns and offer you an exchange voucher, refund (using the original payment method), or repair under the following circumstances:
- The item is defective or of unsatisfactory quality,
- The item is hazardous,
- The item is not suitable for its intended purpose, or
- The product does not correspond to the sample or our description.
If the issue is not severe, we will fix the item within a reasonable time frame. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you may choose a refund or replacement. Remember to keep your proof of purchase, such as your receipt.
If you cannot provide proof of purchase, you may present a bank statement showing the transaction or a photograph of the receipt. Your proof of purchase might be available in the store. If it is impossible to verify that the product was bought from the specified My Battery Plus store, the store will decide whether to grant a refund or replacement at their discretion.
In some cases, My Battery Plus may choose to send the product to the manufacturer's repair agent to determine the problem's nature. We retain the right not to provide an exchange voucher, refund, or repair if the item's fault resulted from misuse or neglect.
Be aware that during the repair process of electrical and electronic products, data (including but not limited to images, music, pre-set settings, and videos) may be lost.
Returning Products & Shipping
Due to our products' nature, it is not possible to ship your return. You may need to bring the product in question to your nearest My Battery Plus store.
In some situations, if you cannot visit the store, the store might be able to come to you, but a call-out fee may apply. Contact your local store for more information.
Order Cancellation
My Battery Plus reserves the right to accept or reject any online order before delivery for any reason, including (without limitation) errors in price, specifications, details, images, product description, or stock availability.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
