Motobatt utilizes Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) construction. This design features a unique four-terminal setup with two positives and two negatives, complemented by height spacers to allow for a near-universal fit across motorcycles, ATVs, lawnmowers, and small engines.

Unlike standard flooded cell batteries, your Motobatt is a Factory Activated battery, pre-conditioned and fully charged to deliver optimum performance straight out of the box. Forget messing with acid, topping up fluid levels, or battling corrosion – this battery is engineered for convenience and reliability.

Each plate in the Motobatt is wrapped in a fibrous glass matting, which absorbs all liquid electrolyte and keeps the plates separated in a cushioned environment. This technology minimises plate vibration, preventing breakdown and short circuits that can lead to premature battery failure.

AGM batteries also have a lower self-discharge rate than wet flooded types, and as a higher amp hour AGM battery, the Motobatt battery can also discharge more deeply and recover repeatedly under the vehicle alternator charge or through maintenance charging.
