AGM batteries exhibit a lower self-discharge rate compared to flooded types. Motobatt batteries, with their higher amp hour ratings, can withstand deeper discharges and repeated recovery cycles via vehicle alternator or maintenance charging, unlike standard flooded cell batteries which are prone to premature failure under such conditions.
