Shipping rates & costs

Your order’s delivery cost is calculated based primarily on two things: whether your order is above/below $99, and if you are having it delivered to a metro or non-metro address. Shipping rates & costs are calculated at the checkout.

Shipping methods and delivery times

We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive, while expedited shipping usually takes 1-3 business days to arrive. Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

Order processing time

We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience slight delays.

Missing or lost packages

If you have not received your parcel, please contact customer service and we’ll make sure to assist you in locating your package, to contact us click on this link.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery of your order, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Can i send my order to a po box?

We do not deliver to po box address, if you've placed and it contains a po box address it will be cancelled.

Will i need to be home to accept my parcel?

Since we use third-party logistical providers, they require customers to sign off on deliveries, we do not leave goods unattended so if you are not home you will need to cover the redelivery fee.

I would like my battery installed for me

We can send a technician to assist you in replacing your battery, you can notify us via the checkout or alternatively call us to arrange a battery replacement
